That’s completely okay! Acupuncture is just one part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and there are many needle-free alternatives that can provide similar benefits, such as:
✅ Acupressure – Applying gentle pressure to acupuncture points using hands or special tools.
✅ Cupping Therapy – Uses suction to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.
✅ Gua Sha – A scraping technique that helps release muscle tightness and improve blood flow.
✅ Electrotherapy (TENS) – Electrical stimulation applied to acupuncture points without needles.
✅ Ear Seeds – Tiny seeds or beads placed on ear acupuncture points to stimulate healing. If you're open to trying acupuncture but feel nervous, we can start with gentle or shallow needling and stop anytime if you’re uncomfortable. Your comfort is the priority!
